This service focuses on creating all the vessel data regarding: machinery particulars, maintenance plan, codes as per class recommendations, functionalities, jobs records, spare parts catalogue entry, Surveys/Certificates/Safeties implementation, linking of CMS surveys to PMS jobs, forms data, linking of vessel ISM forms with PMS, identification of critical equipment as per risk assessment study, creating vessel safety equipment data, offering data compliance with regulations, Class notations and charterer's requirements, focusing on taking into account your existing company procedures. Database building & Data Creation Services also cover:
• Creation of supply system catalogues; Paint catalogues, Lubricant catalogues, Chemicals & Gasses, Stores and Provisions.
• Data collection from onboard the vessel. This may be required when the data is not available in the office, where our engineer will go onboard to collect the required data. Data harmonized, before created into the system, under appropriate departments and catalogues.
• Planned Maintenance System setup. Creation of the entire PMS, related technical forms and survey status into the system for the entire fleet.
